1. Who provides the app?
Blodtrykket is published by Wellsys ApS, Denmark (CVR 46242769). Contact us through the contact form.
2. Your blood pressure readings
Systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, pulse, date and time are stored locally inside the app on your phone. Wellsys does not receive this information, and no user account is created.
3. Export, sharing and backup
When Premium creates a CSV file, PDF report or backup, the file is created locally on your device. You choose which app, person or storage service receives it. That recipient's privacy terms then apply. Wellsys does not automatically receive a copy.
4. In-app purchases
Premium purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Wellsys receives a technical confirmation of Premium access but not your full payment card details. Apple's or Google's privacy terms apply to their processing.
5. Banner, contact form and internet connection
The free version may download a small configuration file from wellsoft.dk to determine which Wellsys banner is displayed. It does not contain your readings. The banner request is processed only to deliver the current banner and is not stored or logged.
When you use the contact form, your name, email address and message are sent to Wellsys so we can answer. Technical session and timing data are processed briefly to prevent spam. Support correspondence is retained for the period stated in section 7.
If you tap a banner or external link, you leave the app and the external website's privacy policy applies.
6. Analytics, advertising and tracking
Blodtrykket does not use a third-party advertising network and contains no user profiling or advertising tracking. The free-version banner only provides information about another Wellsys service.
7. Deletion and retention
Wellsys does not store or retain your blood pressure readings on a server. Readings remain only on your phone until you delete an individual reading or uninstall the app. Files you export remain wherever you chose to save them until you delete them. Copies in your phone's system backup are retained and deleted according to the settings and retention periods of your Apple or Google account.
Banner requests are not stored, and Wellsys keeps no logs of them. Your name, email address and message from a support request are retained only while the request is handled and are deleted no later than 12 months after the last contact, unless they remain necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims or must be retained by law.
8. Children
The app is not specifically directed at children, and Wellsys does not knowingly collect children's personal information through the app.
9. Security and responsibility
Protect your phone with a passcode, biometrics and current software. If you export readings, choose secure recipients and storage. Blodtrykket is a personal log and cannot replace medical advice or treatment.
10. Changes
We may update this policy if the app or legal requirements change. The current version and its update date will always be available here.
